Aaron Schiller is the founder and principal of Schiller Projects, a strategic design consultancy based in Manhattan with projects around the country. Aaron launched this studio after a decade working in a range of fields from urban planning to community organizing. He marries a deep commitment to design with operational experience organizing public and private communities and a team deeply experienced in data analysis.

    Reducing diversity and scale of the site labor force on a given project, capturing full costs before breaking ground, delivering the site from model and not a drawing set, cutting erection and finishing times by 25–35%. There are currently emerging a wide range of approaches to doing this and this talk will broadly introduce these subjects under the umbrella of modular and pre-fabricated sustainable built products, where the companies and opportunities are for them to have impact and discuss angles of investment and development around them.
